Thứ trưởng thường trực Bộ Y tế cho biết, quyết định thu hồi và đình chỉ lưu hành các sản phẩm mỹ phẩm của Công ty MK Skincare (liên quan đến Mailisa) được thực hiện dựa trên các căn cứ pháp lý rõ ràng, bao gồm Nghị định số 117/2020/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ và Thông tư số 06/2021/TT-BYT của Bộ Y tế.
