Die Wegge-Brüder Inge, Håkon und Markus brechen auf zum Abenteuer ihres Lebens: Sie reisen zur Insel und verbringen dort mehrere Monate allein in der Wildnis. Als wäre das nicht schon genug, probieren die drei verschiedene Arten von Extremsport aus: Surfen, Snowboarden und Gleitschirmfliegen. Nicht alles läuft nach Plan, im Eis bleibt auch schon mal ein Boot stecken. Zudem müssen die drei Brüder, ganz auf sich gestellt, auch mit den jeweils anderen zurecht kommen.
