Had my yearly appointment today to get my prostate checked. Not the normal valentine day but needs must 😊.

On a serious note, if you have any worries or notice something that isn’t normal, get yourself to the Doctor. Don’t wait until it could be too late.

A good friend of mine (same age) just a couple of weeks ago got diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer which has spread into some of his bones 😔 #getchecked #cancer #BeAwareOfYourBody
