This beach is at the foot of cliffs at Cap D'Or. It's one of those beaches that goes out forever at low tide.

Good morning/afternoon or evening all.

This is a favourite image of mine as it represents the winter in our tidal landscape so well.
The ice forms these thin slabs on the banks as the tide (the highest in the world) rises and falls each day. The sun was hitting the edges of the ice as it was low in the sky and casting a warm glow over everything.

Winter will soon be over and Spring will be here. Here's hoping.
