Watch out, the Army of Pumpkins rolling through... 🫣😱

☝🏼 During 1400ish there had been a big battle in this area for real. Some Lords fighting the last battle of the Bavarian War with more than 500 soliders.
The Lord of Ingolstadt failed and left burned villages, a lot of dead peoples and even more prisoners of war... ⚔️

Originally constructed by Karl Kaerner in the late 19th century, the first version of this bridge was an important crossing over the river Inn. In May 1945, it was destroyed during the final days of World War II.

The current structure, known as the Inn Bridge (Maximilian Bridge), was built in the postwar years and serves as a vital connection in the region to this day.
