         PERSONAL MATTERS

  Paymaster Lieutenant-Commander Grace, one of the officers on the battlecruiser #Repulse, which, with H.M.S. Hood, is due at #Wellington on 24th April, is a native of Blenheim, and son of the Rev. G. F. Grace, of Stanstead Abbots, Hertfordshire. He is a grandson of the late Rev. T. S. Grace, a missionary who landed in New Zealand in 1850, having made the voyage from England with his wife and three children in a vessel under 300 tons. Lieut.-Commander Grace went to England with his parents at the age of four.
