De spanning was om te snijden tijdens de finale van 'The Tribute: Battle of the Bands'. De laatste vier tribute bands streden voor de felbegeerde minuten in de liveshow in de Ziggo Dome. De uitslag kreeg een verrassende onverwachte wending.

In 1991, right after I finished high school, my band Cadaverous Quartet won Tucson’s annual Battle of the Bands. They made these t-shirts for the finals.

It’s cool that I still have a couple of them. It’s more cool that my daughter wears one all the time. It makes my heart swell a bit, actually. 😍🥹

Rat and Ratt

Desmond and James met at the Rock and Roll concert. They were the only ones wearing hats, so they knew they would be an extremely powerful duo (because of the hats). One day Desmond and James ate so many hamburgers that music started coming out of their mouths and James used a recording machine to put it on the computer. That was the day Rat & Ratt was born. Rat & Ratt is music for rats by rats about rats. Rat & Ratt is chaotic digital thinking music. The Rat & Ratt Live act is high energy crazy type stuff. Desmond turns into a real life rat every time they perform live.

Rad Gushue -Rad Gushue is four teens from St. John's, Newfoundland. Celebrating the awesomeness that is being a teen in Newfoundland. Indie folk punk. High energy, dancing, laughing, curling. Strange joyous music.

Andy and the Dannys

Formed in 2018, Andy & the Dannys is a Montreal based garage rock outfit. The band is composed of a revolving door of musicians from across Canada, who all share the common goal of playing light hearted, fun, high energy garage rock music. An Andy & the Dannys song is characterized by short summery hooks, playful lyrics, scrappy guitar chords, and energetic drums. These elements work together to produce music that is upbeat, shiny and truly fun. Andy & the Dannys aims to translate love of rock music into an engaging, high energy performance, and create an enjoyable show-going experience for audience members, leaving short hooky earworms on your mind.
