They really are arranged by clefs! Viola's get their own clef, but often have to play the treble clef. Sometimes cellos have to play tenor clef, sometimes treble clef, but not usually unless it's a solo thingy. Basses almost never have to worry about other clefs, unless they're doing solo work. #BarroqueSun
