A mixed day.
On the one hand I ran the #Barmouth 10k, and beat my PB by about a minute, finishing slightly slower than the median runner in my category, which I’m ok with.
On the other hand a lady who I had only just been keeping up with for the entire race tripped and fell just 10 metres from the finish line and it was only as I turned that I saw that she had blood pouring down her face and she was surrounded by people, with two first aiders there too, but I should have helped sooner.
