Big malty body with a ton of hops on the bitter finish. Not my favorite style of barleywine, but I see why the hopmeisters dig it.
Temps are diving hard, wind is blowing mad, snow is coming. It was 42F a couple hours ago. It’s like we crossed into an alternate dimension.
Thankfully #bissellBrothers Mirroring Dimensions barrel-aged rye wine style ale brings the heat!
Beautifully chewy sweet with a rich caramel/toffee body full of dark fruits and a fabulous boozy bourbon finish.

Ängöl Gudars skymning 2025. Sött och kärvt och förvånansvärt lättdrucket för sina 11 %. Kanske mindre smakrikt än 2024:an men fortfarande gott!
