I shall remind y'all that I was banned from all #Meta platforms since 2.5 years ago (https://github.com/austinhuang0131/austinhuang0131/issues/2), and I wouldn't sugarcoat it and say my life is now significantly better, but it actually didn't really affect anything, so dropping them is possible. And yes, I used to treat #Instagram as necessary for contacting classmates (hence I made #Barinsta), but are you really missing out by not following them?

To the developers of "The OG App":

We built #Barinsta for the lolz, a cool story to tell people, and a good learning experience.
You did it for "$1 million in pre-seed funding," a ridiculous amount of press coverage, and account credentials of unsuspecting people (judging by your tweets, initial logins are done on your server, not the client).
We're not the same.

Stop appropriating activism, especially for profit.

Ich hasse #instagram … bzw. #meta

Es gibt da einige Leutchen, die nur auf #instagram posten - und auch nur in „privaten“ Profilen. Mein „read only“ account wurde weder gehackt noch sonst was aber da ich ne 3rd party android app (#Barinsta) nutze werd ich wiederholt gesperrt. Diesmal komplett… Kann nur jedem raten alle die dort exklusiv sind zu nerven alternative Plattformen zu nutzen.
