Today, more than ever, you deserve a weevil. That's right, it's #WeevilWednesday. Post 'em if you got 'em.

Found this striking little metallic blue weevil yesterday in High Park near oak savannah. Likely _Aulacobaris lepidii_ (https://bugguide.net/node/view/945003), an introduced species from Eurasia.

It's also #WeevilWednesday! I finally have a new pic to share. I encountered this handsome beast just past the Oculus on the Humber trail. Subfamily #Baridinae perhaps?

It's #WeevilWednesday! Post your weevils!

A new-to-me species I've found on separate occasions on lamb's quarters (_Chenopodium album_): _Cosmobaris scolopacea_, the beet petiole borer. To me they look like if a varied carpet beetle (_Anthrenus verbasci_) were a weevil.

Beets (_Beta_) are in the same family, Amaranthaceae, so I guess that makes sense. BugGuide says these weevils also feed on ragweed (_Ambrosia_): https://bugguide.net/node/view/236113

Oh shit, I almost forgot it was #WeevilWednesday!

An _Odontocorynus_(?) weevil on a black-eyed Susan. Spotted during a very weevilicious walk in High Park.
