Retour d'une virée à Paris d'où, comme d'hab', j'ai ramené 2 kilos de bouquins.

En plus des habituelles boutiques de St-Michel (Gibert Joseph, @AAAPOUM, Album, Pulp's), j'ai pu passer à deux librairies qui vendent des livres et (un peu de) BD en italien :
- La Tour de Babel, 10 rue du Roi de Sicile
- La Libreria, 89 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière

Ce que j'aime c'est fouiller et trouver des occaz. Mais je vieillis, et entre les kilomètres parcourus et le poids des bouquins, va p'têt falloir me décider à faire comme tout le monde: commander sur Internet et me faire livrer à domicile... :P

De passage à Paris le week-end dernier, habituelle virée rue Dante et quartier St-Michel pour faire les librairies comics (Aaapoum Bapoum, Album...) et Gibert.

Et la librairie de la BNF suite à la viste de l'expo sur les Bérus.

Ma carte bancaire a un peu chauffé mais bon... ça n'arrive pas souvent, elle aura le temps de se remettre.

2 € for a #TMNT Leonardo action figure, 50 cents for a pair of articulated sci-fi wings from an unknown toy...

I found a Revell #MillenniumFalcon model kit yesterday in a junk shop/second-hand dealer (that's a "Brocanteur" for us froggies) located in a small village.

Just imagine something like an old dusty repair shop or a barn, filled with old stuff from a way of life long gone. An amidst all this, under old boxes, a Star Wars logo...

Long story short: it looks complete, most of it still on sprue, and I got it for a little less than 20 euros scrapping for coins in all my pockets...

3.00€ spent on Bionicle parts and other stuff usefull to scratchbuilding... sci-fi things, a barn and some plastic trees that should work well enough on 28mm scale tabletop games.
Not so bad.

Tabletop gaming #minis are really uncommon in the semi-rural (or even urban) areas where those yard sales happen, but... sometimes you may encounter some.

So for a total of 2.00€ I got 4 Horrorclix miniatures and a lone space marine.

I also was lucky to find the 3 volumes of french edition of The 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse illustrated by Simon Bisley, and a DVD of the Wess Craven version of the Swamp Thing, neither read nor watched yet.

Sur le papier ça me plaît bien. Reste à voir ce que ça donnera sur table.
