I recently started listening to the Super Marcato Bros videogame music podcast: https://www.supermarcatobros.com

It's reminded me of a bunch of game soundtracks I love that I had forgotten (as well as introducing me to lots of new music)

Today I'm particularly enjoying the original FF Crystal Chronicles music (all composed on medieval instruments - lovely!) and the soundtrack to Bahamut Lagoon.

The setting of #BahamutLagoon is absolutely wild.

The world is a gravityless endless sky with big floating balls of rock suspended in it, which function as islands and continents. The only way to get from one to another is by flight. There is water, but there is no such thing as an ocean.

If you stand on one of these landmasses, some kind of gravity-like force binds you to it, but if you are pushed off the edge, you don't fall; you drift away into the endless sky.
