Or that the UK doesn’t even use much of what it produces, it exports most of it. So more licenses to drill will do nothing to the fuel bills of British people.
We currently get most of the crude oil the UK uses from the USA, Norway and Kemi’s childhood home of Nigeria.

EXC: Kemi Badenoch has denied that a local election slogan to 'lower taxes' meant council tax would actually go down. The Conservative Leader told ITV News Meridian: "Council tax goes up with inflation… We’re not saying people are going to have less [tax] than they paid before."
At yesterday's #PMQs Starmer called out Nick Timothy's comments of "an act of domination" as "utterly appalling" and said #Badenoch that she should denounce his words and "sack him" as shadow justice secretary going on to conclude "the Tory party has got a problem with Muslims".
