Cycle 1 Week 1

Off-hours work: Evening I

I've already made a #NewYearsResolution . . .

I think that I've been drinking "too much". So, I've resolved to drink less.

What is less?

One or none of a glass of wine (6 oz) and one or none of a 2 oz tumbler of bourbon or scotch per day.

Recently I've been drinking 1-2 of both each day.

Also going to try limiting drinking alcohol to only while eating food. Too often I've been drinking at all all hours during the day, just because.

AFAIK, I've never drank so much alcohol that I've been noticeably impaired physically or mentally but I'm pretty sure that I'd fail a blood alcohol test shortly after drinking 1-2 of each of the above.

This will also be a self-test to see if I've become an alcoholic or not.

The answer will be revealed, if I can't go a day or 2 without feeling the "need" for a drink.

I stopped smoking #ColdTurkey when I was a teenager when I decided it wasn't good for me & I believe that I can do the same with alcohol. if need be.

Part 5: Controll

Somehow i like many others have ended up losing controll instead of gaining it with these pocket computers. I can take that controll back and befit from truly good devices. It takes habits and good software.

I am getting a fairphone3 or 4 as soon as i have money for it. And degoogle the shit out of it with some alternative os. That will be my hard reset with all the things i mention on previous post.
