Vincent is the Irish-Filipino-Kiwi architect, heritage conservationist and beauty queen born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. Her father is Irish while her Filipino mother Josephine Martinez Velasquez Vincent is from Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines.

• In February 2016, she became a University of Auckland student.

• On October 12, 2021, she revealed that shortly after the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 coronation night, she was offered the Miss Universe New Zealand 2021 title, which she politely declined a week later.
