Vincent is the Irish-Filipino-Kiwi architect, heritage conservationist and beauty queen born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. Her father is Irish while her Filipino mother Josephine Martinez Velasquez Vincent is from Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines.
