Da ich meine Fotos und Videos auch lokal auf einer USB-SSD haben will, suchte ich nach einer Lösung, um diese auf Knopfdruck vom iPhone zu übertragen. Fündig wurde ich bei Photosync. Die App arbeitet mit einer Vielzahl an Speicherorten, bietet einige Einstellmöglichkeiten und ist einfach zu bedienen. Auch gleich praktisch auf Reisen, um die neuesten Aufnahmen zu sichern.

Has someone else problems running the #backup on #GrapheneOS on a #Pixel 10 XL?

The USB stick is recognized and I've used it on a former Pixel for backups.
It allows me to eject and explore it, but when I configure it as a backup device, it recognizes it, but when I run backup now, nothing happens.
No error message, no indication that it started nothing.
Backup apps and backup files is disabled.
Ideas?

They have local backups, the offsite backups are for #desaster_recovery. You never know, the House can burn down, be flooded or the infrastructure be destroyed by "aliens".

They haven't decided yet how often they will make the offsite #backup. Once a day or once a week. I think that will depend on the amount of data to backup and internetspeeds they have at home.
