Macron songe à dégainer les ordonnances pour boucler le budget 2027, face aux résistances du Parlement pour celui de l'an passé. "Le président ne croit pas un accord, il voulait déjà passer par ce biais en 2026 mais là, avec la présidentielle, ça va devenir impossible de le faire voter. Tout le monde va tenter d'arracher des concessions", grince un conseiller de l'exécutif. La démocratie, c'est compliqué.
