Sometimes I wonder if I will ever get over the fact that my friend isn't alive anymore? It's been 3 years this Christmas since they couldn't do it anymore and just.. left us all.
I think of them almost every day, and it still hurts, and still sends me to tears.
Does it get better?
CBT apt went well - going to have treatment for depression (Cognitive BA) and go from there.
