@artsyhonker On the cross-linking problem, I've started addressing that with what I'm calling a #BOTIJournal

It's based, kind of, on the #43Folders #TicklerFile idea, where you have a fixed storage space (12 months + 31 days) to put reminders in.

For the BOTI journal ("best of the interval"), every month or so I compile a list of the key authors, references, ideas, etc., that I run across. And periodically roll those up. It should surface recurring themes / patterns and help prioritise them.
