英國推出BNO Visa計劃後，有不少已移居當地的港人展開新生活，並準備好在異鄉落地生根，但近日英國政府卻宣佈考慮為原定「5＋1」的要求（住滿5年可申請為永久居民，多住一年可申請入籍）外，再加額外條件，如英語水平試達到B2水平及年收入超過$12,570英鎊等，令不少在英港人頓失方寸。...

From today, 30 November, the #BNOvisa scheme has changed, allowing over-18 children (born on or after 1 July1997) of #BNO status holders to apply for the BNO visa without the need to have their application tied to a BNO status holder parent as the main applicant

This change can potentially help the younger pro-democracy people who cannot convince their pro-establishement / pro-status quo parents to apply for the BNO visa.
