We joined #BJsWholesaleClub recently & I saw they have a credit card offering 5% back on BJs purchases. Great. Put an application in, got a notification from #CapitalOne that I need to unfreeze *all 3* credit bureau accounts. All 3! I called them, told them to kick rocks when they asked for my SSN, then asked if unfreezing all 3 is really necessary given I’ve been a CapitalOne customer for roughly 20 years.

Yep. AND I need to call them back afterward to finish the application.
