I've tried to cut down the MWE RPG to one scene - perhaps one encounter, one response action, then the character likely escapes the gulch or dies.

Hopefully 40 characters is enough.

BIND will join a board games shop for the grand showing of local games.

I'm thinking of making the world's smallest adventure: dozens of index-card character sheets, and a simple skill check or combat round, then the characters reach safety or death.

A wagon crashes into a ravine. The survivors have three routes out. Each route has a random encounter table.

Encounters and corpses remain, which changes the layout for the next person.

The entire scene should fit on a piece of A3.

Expected reaction: "ah, newly dyed. Let's investigate this mystery"

Actual reaction: "omg someone pissed on your clothing shipment!"

Corollary: players now take this as the GMs barely disguised piss fetish.

Plot status: long gone.

First time attempting a cover while binding. I used 10pt letters, then printed the lot A5 instead of A4. At half the size, everything remains completely legible.
