Il Bilateral Infrastructure Agreement — BIA — è l’accordo bilaterale italo-americano sulle infrastrutture, stipulato il 20 ottobre 1954. Regola le modalità per l’utilizzo delle basi concesse in uso alle forze USA sul territorio nazionale ed è generalmente conosciuto come “Accordo ombrello“.
