I decided I wanted to complete more of BG1 (I missed the best parts of Durlag!). So this time I'm playing as Halsin 😆 but no bear transformations for you, Halsy!
Now I'm trying to decide. Do I replay #BG1 (I missed a lot the first playthrough, including forgetting to go back and complete Durlag's Tower!), or see if my physical copy of #BG2 works on my PC (it should at least work on my old Win7 netbook, since I played BG1 on there)? Or shall I continue with #FireEmblem and play #RadiantDawn?
I finished #BG1 (that was quick) and was thinking what to play next. I remembered I finally have a device I can play my Gamecube games on!
I've wanted to play #PathofRadiance for ages. Man, Titania is an absolute tank.
I realised too late that by turning down a theft job, I missed out on an achievement. So I loaded up my old backup save just to do that quest and unlock the achievement. And as I was trying to find Elfsong, I'd have all these other NPCs talking to me, and I'd say, "No leave me alone! This isn't my main save file!" I said it so many times my nephew got fed up (I couldn't remember which map Elfsong was on).
Anyway, maybe that will be my new thing when people bug me. "Nope, no point talking to me, this isn't my main save file."
I'm on Chapter 5 of #BaldursGate. I first got the box set with TotSC included and maps and everything back in 2003, when it was in the charity shop I worked at. A woman was going to buy it for her son. She asked me what the age rating was, because she couldn't see it, and when I showed her it was for 15+, she decided against it, so I snapped it up and started on the road to becoming an #ADnD2e fangirl! I later found the #DnDBasic set in another charity shop a few years later for £2.50. They had a lot of miniatures too, but I never bought them. That's when I went full-on fangirl, bought the guides, started crafting my own campaign world and got my nephew to play for a short time.
I never finished Icewind Dale. I couldn't defeat the final boss. I don't think I ever installed Icewind Dale II. I'm not sure if it's because I needed a break from the series or because it wouldn't work on my crappy netbook.
AD&D2e will always be the best version for me. The only issue was the crappy alignment definitions, but people have made fixes for that, so it's fine (I'm a chaotic neutral btw).

On the plus side, since my Internet was actually working, I logged into my #Steam on #LinuxMint and #BG1 and #EuroTruckSimulator2 both have install options. I'll need to look up how stable they are on Linux. I don't want to get ¾ through BG1 only for a bug to kill my entire campaign.
Linux Mint really doesn't like me. Maybe if I can figure out how to counter the motion sickness, I'll install #TheStanleyParable on Linux.
