Buongiorno,
desideravo sapere se i titoli di stato sono esclusi dal calcolo dell'ISEE sino a 50000 euro per nucleo familiare o 50000 a testa. Ad esempio, marito, moglie e due figli solo 50000 totale o 200000 (50.000 x 4)?

La legge di Bilancio 2024 ha previsto l'esclusione dal calcolo dell'ISEE dei titoli di Stato e di altri strumenti finanziari garantiti dallo Stato fino a un valore complessivo di ¬ 50.000 da intendersi come franchigia massima da indicare nella Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica (DSU). Tuttavia, questa misura non è ancora operativa in quanto necessita di un decreto attuativo per modificare il regolamento ISEE. Nella situazione attuale e fino all'entrata in vigore delle nuove disposizioni, è obbligatorio dichiarare tutti i rapporti finanziari esistenti al 31 dicembre 2022 nella Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica (DSU). Il Ministero dell'Economia ha predisposto uno schema di decreto che è stato inviato al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, il quale ha già espresso parere favorevole e si attende la pubblicazione del DPCM in Gazzetta Ufficiale.

Je n'ai pas encore analysé les résultats mais une personne de l'assistance disait que le Bureau fédéral du Plan avait dit que les propositions d'écolo sont les plus redistributives sans augmenter la dette publique.
