Uno degli uomini condannati per gli attentati islamisti di Parigi del 2015 in cui persero la vita 130 persone - tra lo Stade de France, i locali del centro di Parigi e il Bataclan - ha ottenuto il diritto a un permesso di uscita dal carcere in Belgio. Mohamed Bakkali potrĂ dunque temporaneamente uscire dal carcere di Ittre, a sud della capitale, dove sta scontando una condanna a 30 anni.
