Under Mayor Robertson the number of cycling tourists coming to Vancouver went up 10x. The number of rental cycles exploded. Bike paths connecting to Parks Canada trails linked the city to thousands of km of walking/cycling trails.

An entire niche of tourism - from #bikepacking to #glamping to #CreditCarCycling - became a substantial pillar in #BCTourism.

Hoping the same takes hold in Montréal and #QC!
