My partner and I did some postering this afternoon for an upcoming Boston Comic Arts Foundation #BCAF (the Boston Kids Comic Festival - link below, if anyone's interested!)

It made me realize how many of big chain businesses have no place to promote local events. Just another way they wind up sterilizing local culture, which is a bummer....

Still the overall takeaway was positive - met some nice folks, and found some cool shops!

The #Black & #Brown Comics Art Festival (BCAF) is this weekend in #SanFrancisco, at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Panels on Jan. 14, and the expo on Monday (MLK Day), Jan.15, from 11am-5pm. There's also a party Saturday evening at the Cartoon Art Museum. FREE!
