EasyZip, a company from Bangalore, ran a pilot program in 2019 and distributed these address boards to thousands of Bangalore offices and residences.

You can easily find one in your neighborhood. I saw one today, and decided to open the website only to find out that the company has been dead for the last 4-5 years.

Even though the company is dead, the boards are still up, pointing to nowhere with no way to resolve the 9 digit numbers.
