@die_Leo Every two weeks as a starter? That is not much. In my country (the Netherlands) twice a week is normal when starting.
In the UK it's 3 every week for 2 weeks.
If you do not get enough, you might not heal properly.

To learn more just follow the link mentioned here:

(It also mentions other important stuff you might need besides the B12.)

Some of us, like me, need that high frequency for years and years.
I am on methylcobalamine btw, my body likes that better than the hydroxocobalamine which is the B12 that is prescribed in the Netherlands when injecting.
Cyanocobalamine is not used over here.
I buy my methylcobalamine in Germany.

If your body is finally getting what it needs (B12) do know that your symptoms may worsen for a short while. That's just a sign you're on the right track; isolating myelin surrounding the nerves is being replaced. And as soon as that's done things will start getting better - provided there's no permanent damage done due to years of B12 shortage.

Get well soon! 😀

Sorry for lack of streams. I've been in the hospital due to balancing issues and wanted to give an update. I'm still in the hospital. Haven’t had an MRI yet, but docs think my B-12 deficiency could be part of the issue. I was taking supplements, but it may not have been enough. MRI still planned. Thanks for the love 💛 #HealthUpdate #B12Deficiency #ChronicIllness
