Ayapata tested my legs but fed my soul. As we climbed higher, the views opened up vast ridges, misty hills, and nothing but nature all around. Camping here was pure peace. It’s a place to disconnect and breathe deep.

Reached Wayllabamba after an early start in Cusco and felt the energy change. Walking along the Urubamba River, passing Llactapata ruins, reminded me how the Incas shaped this landscape. Camped in Ayapata that night , pure Andean serenity.
