Found out that one of my #avocado seedlings of Hass has anise-scented leaves today. That's a marker for Mexican genetics, which might include increased cold hardiness 🤞Honestly it kind of made my day as it's the first time I discover anise-scented leaves in a seedling of something that's not supposed to have it.
