My wife brought home a new (to us) variety of apple, the #AutumnGlory. My capsule review:
Texture: Crisp but not too hard. Juicy. Really nice mouth feel.
Flavor: sweet but not cloyingly so. Not a hint of tartness. Unusual flavor notes that were a tiny bit floral and a little like fresh whipped cream.
Overall, I liked it a lot, though I tend to prefer apples with a little acid. That said, I will happily enjoy these when they're available.
