Sometimes when I get nervous about injecting (I’ve been doing it since January, every two weeks) I put my headphones on listen to old blues songs I used to sing. Back in the day, 90’s and 2000’s.

Except I forget how loud my voice is at 11:30 at night lol! But it helps, it’s empowering. #autoimmunewarrior

I got this stone paper journal at a yard sale. Sketched a plein air watercolor landscape on the blank, front page. I think I'll use the lined section for daily arthritis tracking and put a sketch on each page. That will get two things done. Tracking and a daily sketch.

I'll post the work here each day.

Won't be super intimate like a therapy journal. Looking forward to this! I'll start later today. Might break out the alcohol inks for a first try.
