Thursday 22nd
What are your thoughts on Christmas food? There seems to be a pressure to eat certain foods around this time which can be a sensory no-go. Today’s challenge is to eat one of your favourite non-Christmas foods.

Today’s post is a little different as I’m looking for a little advice regarding the account. I’m going to post a few questions throughout the day both on Mastadon and on Instagram so any answers or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Is there anything that you are worried about with Christmas? That’s perfectly normal - as much as the season is exciting, the change can cause stress. My favourite way of managing my stress is by writing about it, so today’s task is to write down your Christmas worries.

Okay, so I must confess I did not get round to doing this face-to-face today, so I’m taking to the Internet to test this social rule… why is small talk seen as so important? In some countries it would be seen as weird if you DID try to make small talk but where I am (UK), deciding not to get into a superficial, pointless discussion makes you at best a bit of a loner, at worst rude and anti-social.

Wednesday 7th (sorry for the delay folks)
Do you often notice yourself masking your autistic symptoms as a way to fit in, almost subconsciously? When you do it, it can be really draining, so it is important to take breaks for masking. I recommend this every day, but especially today!
