I just had an idea I’d like to share with the @actuallyautistic community:

August could be a new Autism Acceptance Month, by and for #Autistic people, with no harmful messaging usually spread during April.

Plus, “August” and “Autistic” both start with “Au”, the chemical symbol for gold, a colour often used to oppose Autism Speaks’ blue campaign, along with #RedInstead. (Plus, gold is opposite blue on the colour wheel, too!)

I'm using o4-mini to collect various subjective sensory metrics from me several times per day over time to help me look for patterns in my CNS and develop strategies for energy mgmt and meltdown risk reduction. Already yielding wins with 3.5 days of data!
