I nostri Presidi Slow Food - Fagiolo Badda di Polizzi Generosa

Da poco più di due secoli nel territorio di Polizzi si coltiva un fagiolo piccolo, tondeggiante e bicolore, sconosciuto fuori dal Parco Naturale delle Madonie. I poliziani lo chiamano “fasolo badda bianca” o “badda niura” oppure “munachedda”, a seconda che sia prevalente la colorazione rosato-aranciata oppure quella scura.
