I'm doing my RSA/RCG today, and wew boi.
The way they talk about refusal of service to intoxicated people, it's all framed within a harm reduction model, but there are so many comments about catching the behaviour before you have to cut them off and what you can then do to slow down their drinking so you don't lose the customer.
The instructor keeps mentioning that with Race Week coming up in Bathurst "you get lots of people from overseas coming to our tiny town"... π
