Given that some people are allergic to soy, I would think that would be a problem, especially as I presume the plant-based version also includes the not-disclosed tofu.

It was very good, though not as heavy on the yuzu elements as I would have liked. The lemon / sweet balance was heavy on the sweet and not enough on the lemon.
