Glad to hear that #Qobuz is doing so well! I've been a satisfied subscriber for almost 3 years.

My main listening setup is comprised of a #Wiim Pro, #SMSL AO200 MKII preamp, and #RogersoundLabs speakers + subwoofer. Qobuz is integrated into #Audirvana , so I can seamlessly alternate between streaming albums and FLAC files from my own library.

While listening to music in #Audirvana, a custom macro within @KeyboardMaestro scrobbles my listens to #LastFM , #ListenBrainz and a self-hosted #Koito instance.

When playing music from my web browser, it is detected and scrobbled to these sources by the #ListeningPost app from @actionsdotwork .

What remained was the rare occasion when I've already listened to something and somehow it didn't get scrobbled. As of today, #Soundiiz has added a scrobbling feature:

My next "work in progress" is my music library department. And this might become extensive in work time, sorting out music and adding in new music. I want a mobile and an at-home device for music playback, too. I want a phono player to play my vinyls again. All via Bluetooth.

For a start, I am trying out an #apple #mac software called #audirvana, which looks pretty competent at first sight. I need to dig into this.

Well, one can say: this is a journey into sound ... ;-)

Nan mais #audirvana c'est fantastique, arriver à faire payer 70€/an pour "un son de meilleur qualité" et je vois pas une seule seconde comment ils font ça.

Probablement de la magie noir (c'est pour ça que ça se passe dans une boîte noir logiciel).

J'aimerai bien avoir un pote ingé son pour lui poser la question sur #Audirvana. Si vous avez ça sous la pédale. Parce que d'où je me tiens, c'est de la grossearnaque pour gens qui achètent des câbles jack en or et qui sentent la qualité augmenter quand ils convertissent des mp3 pourris de 100Ko en 2Go de flac.

hmm - streamer struggles to work with 24/48 and above from server. streaming from laptop and claiming its 24/192 (via airplay??). Given the actual file is 24/96 #Audirvana is doing upscaling in the background to the file
all a bit odd and tells me it may be time to look at a new server/NAS solution (current one is a repurposed i7 gaming machine)
