My #AppleWatchUltra with #AthlyticApp installed and my #Garmin #Epix2 have wildly different ideas about whether I’m ready to train today.

Given how I feel, I’m tempted to trust the Garmin, but I think I need to better understand how the Athlytic app determines readiness.

FWIW, I was doing cardio last night. It wasn’t crazy, but left me drained.
