#Orion was maneuvered into an orientation such that the urine tank and vent lines received the maximum amount of sunshine ☀️ to un-freeze the #urine. This helped a little bit, but did not entirely solve the problem. So for now, the #astronauts are continuing to pee into, essentially, bags

Houston, we've got a plumbing problem: Artemis II toilet is still on the fritz
Until the bathroom is fixed, mission control has instructed the astronauts to break out urine collection bags. The so-called lunar loo malfunctioned following Wednesday's liftoff and has been hit-and-miss ever since.

Commander Reid Wiseman, Navy pilot, didn’t make the astronaut candidate program the first time he applied. He says he still has the rejection letter! Loved his advice to his kids: “Try to do good every day”
