Donc il faut dépasser les mots employés par les politiques pour imposer une autre manière d'appliquer la loi SRU :
- Obliger les mairies à l'appliquer par des contraintes autres que de simples sanctions financière
- Trouver un moyen pour répartir ces 20% non pas dans 1 ou plrs quartiers mais partout en France

Il faut sortir ce pb des mains des politiques de mètier, c'est un pb juridique et non pas politicien : dura lex sed lex

Mettons-nous à la place d'un élu, qui fait de la politique son seul métier.
Si son électorat a un niveau social ↗️ et bien inséré, il n'aucune raison de respecter les 20% de logements sociaux. Car ce serait modifier son électorat
À l'inverse un autre élu issu de quartiers défavorisés n'a pas vraiment intérêt à répartir ce 20%, ce qui faciliterait l'intégration, car il perdrait au fil du temps des électeurs.

Encore un article qui évite de poser les bonnes questions.
Il ergote sur "intégration", "assimilation", "créolisation", etc. sans jamais évoqué le pb majeur de la loi SRU (https://www.franceinfo.fr/societe/carte-votre-commune-respecte-t-elle-la-loi-en-matiere-de-logement-social_6195918.html)
Cette est utilisée par les différents partis de manière différente.
Soit elle n'est pas appliquée, soit elle a pour csq la création de quartiers d'exclusion (on y entasse toute la misère du monde)
