Someone posted a video to the BeAmazed subreddit. The title was "A deaf dad using American Sign Language to talk to his newborn daughter, "I'm your daddy, you are a beautiful girl, green eyes, you are a cutie, I love you”. The video was exactly that.
If you think someone talking to their child in their native language is amazing just because they happen to be #deaf, then I'm sorry inform you that you've got a lot of internalized #abelism to work on.
