Is it possible to follow #mastodon accounts from #pixelfed? My sister wanted to follow @albaillustration (beautiful art btw!) as she loved this particular post: https://socel.net/@albaillustration/116267861882912832

Searching the account on Pixelfed (app and web) returns "No account found". I tried the full username (with the server), the whole URL, both to no avail.

Edit: My account does show up in the search. Something different with the server maybe?

this is at my library. does this make sense? is it really more expensive to copy than it is to print?? what’s to stop someone from asking to print 50 copies instead of copying 50 copies? halp. 🤓 (i’m genuinely curious if i’m missing something or if this is as silly as it seems…)
