Jansson I never read, but a friend looved her Moomin Summer Madness. She wasn't so well known in Australia.

Milne I read as an adult, when I lived near #AshurstWood in #Sussex for a few years.

Suspense, I can't read at all! nor #murdermystery tv/movies.  Can't bear not knowing what's going to happen.

My reading strategy in general is to skim the beginning, the middle and the end of a new book first. Then, if I like it, I read the whole thing thoroughly a few times.

If only I could live life like that 😸
