@chaoticneutral this might be an unpopular opinion, but the best Star Trek rpg I’ve experienced was using #AshenStars rules, with licensed sourcebooks from other games. Mechanically the game was vanilla Ashen Stars(gumshoe), but everything setting was from official source books, it was fun and worked really well. The GM said they had had more fun than running any official Star Trek games, and that it wasn’t that much work.

Zu #Gumshoe gibt es in de wohl wirklich nicht viel. In meiner Wahrnehmung, war es auch nur ein "weiteres Cthulhu-System", aber ich glaube, ich lag da vollkommen falsch....
Wenn ich mir hier die Erfahrungen zu #AshenStars anhöre, habe ich wohl was verpasst.

@Moonmoth Oh, berichte gerne ausführlich. Bin da auch schon mehrfach drumherum geschlichen, hab aber tatsächlich noch immer Vorbehalte gegenüber #GUMSHOE-Spielen, bei denen die Action-Komponente größer ist als bei #TrailOfCthulhu. Hab deshalb auch #AshenStars links liegen gelassen. Aber #SwordsOfTheSerpentine klingt schon spannend.
