Complaint filed with the #BBB since #Ascensus has decided to $0 my #401k #Retirement account and not provide the funds to me for over a month. This account was with #Vanguard and it was automatically transferred by them to Ascensus. Ascensus is currently rated F with 51 open complaints at the #BetterBusinessBureau.

For those that were with #Vanguard and transferred to #Ascensus for #401k and #Retirement, be aware that Ascensus is no longer #BetterBusinessBureau / #BBB #Accredited. It appears to have previously had a score of F due to "Failure to respond to 50 complaint(s) filed against business".
